Tsinghua University, through the People’s Bank of China School of Finance (PBCSF), will hold an international academic workshop at the UID Bali Campus on 14–15 December 2025. Co-hosted by the Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center (TSEA), the program brings students, professors, and researchers from PBCSF to Bali for an immersive learning experience that connects finance, innovation, and regional development. This workshop serves as a bridge between China and Southeast Asia, enabling participants to explore global financial trends within the unique economic, cultural, and sustainability landscape of Indonesia.

During the two-day workshop, participants will engage in lectures, case discussions, and field learning that highlight topics such as digital finance, investment strategy, green economy, and emerging markets. Beyond academic sessions, the program will introduce participants to Bali’s economic ecosystem through site visits and cultural experiences, reinforcing the importance of contextual leadership and international outlook in financial education. By hosting this program, TSEA continues to facilitate meaningful cross-border collaboration and invites the next generation of financial leaders to explore how innovation, culture, and sustainable development intersect in Southeast Asia.
